Sales Tax (State of Indiana Only)
RIAX Digital Music Store purchases will include 6% IN sales tax based on the bill-to address.
Download
RIAX Digital Music Store allows up to five (5) times of "download" per item, in case the initial attempt of downloading fails for any reason. Download link(s) will remain accessible through "My Account" for up to ten (10) days after the purchase date.

RIAX may at anytime revise these terms and conditions, as well as its services, offers, prices and information. RIAX encourages you to share the sounds of our featured musicians with your friends and family, and to tell them about our website, but allowing them to copy your files is blatant infringement of Intellectual Property laws and is strictly prohibited, not to mention detrimental to the musicians.
